Boundary Staking using existing Survey 100 years old or less (1-10 acres) : $800-$2,300

Boundary Survey, Set Permanent Markers, and Plat (1 acre and up) : $5,500 and up

Elevation Certificate (FEMA published base flood elevation) : $1,000
​
Elevation Certificate (Zone A - no published base flood elevation) : $1,800 and up

Subdivision with Plat : $6,500 and up
